  • Pane, coperto, ½ l. di acqua minerale e cl 37,5 di vino Rosso di Toscana IGT
  • Prosecco di benvenuto 
  • Antipasto di sbriciolona di Scarpaccia, pecorino e mostarda di cipolle. 
  • Primo piatto misto a vassoio: crespella della Casa, ripiena di formaggio di capra e maggiorana, e risotto ai funghi porcini. 
  • Secondo piatto misto a vassoio: tagliata di controfiletto alla rucola, più assaggio di “trippotto” (misto di trippa e lampredotto, ricetta speciale della Casa) (*) 
  • Contorni: patate arrosto e carciofi fritti. 
  • Dessert: a scelta fra i dolci della Casa. 
  • Caffè espresso Segafredo. 

(*) Chi non mangia carne potrà optare per un piatto vegetariano del giorno.
